At DYU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
